The 90 Series variable displacement pumps can be integrated with 90 Series motors or other hydraulic products to form hydraulic drive systems for fluid transmission and control. The 90 Series products are primarily designed for closed-loop systems.

The 90 Series variable displacement pump is a compact, high power density hydraulic component. Its design employs parallel-arranged axial piston shoes, with variable displacement achieved by altering the piston stroke via an angle-adjustable swashplate. The direction of pump outlet oil changes with the swashplate orientation, enabling forward/reverse switching of the motor output shaft.

The integrated make-up pump on the 90 Series supplies supplementary hydraulic fluid, cools the oil, and provides the pressure oil required for control functions. A range of auxiliary mounting flanges is available on the pump's rear end cover to accommodate series pump configurations in relevant applications. Multiple control options are provided to meet specific control requirements of different systems (manual control, electrically controlled, and hydraulically controlled).
