HGM6110N
HGM6110N diesel engine controller, as the core of the control system, controls and communicates with dozens of EFI engines with J1939 interface, which can also be connected to switching output module, security module, power protection module, analog input module, etc., which is convenient for the user's various expansion needs.
RPU560A Security Module
RPU560A security module is a module that can operate independently to protect the normal operation of the engine. The module is connected to the main control HMC9000A through CANBUS, and all data and shutdown alarm information can be viewed through the main control module.
● AIN8 analog input module
AIN8 Analog Input Module is an 8-channel analog input module. Each sensor input on the module can be configured with PT100 resistance input, (4-20) mA current input and (0-5) V voltage input. The data collected by the module is transmitted to the main controller via CANBUS bus. Each sensor input of the corresponding AIN8 module can be configured with corresponding alarm threshold and sensor name on the main controller, and the alarm information of the corresponding sensor can be realized on the main controller when the alarm condition is reached. In this project, the data of U-phase winding temperature sensor, V-phase winding temperature sensor and W-phase winding temperature sensor are collected by AIN8 module and displayed on the main controller HMC9000A, which makes it more convenient for users to observe the temperature parameters of each phase intuitively and protects the normal operation of the engine block at the same time.
● HEP300 Electronic Potentiometer
HEP300 electronic potentiometer can convert switching signals or analog voltage signals into voltage, current, PWM signals, etc. It can not only be used to convert switching output signals of synchronous or power equalization controllers into analog signals that can be used by speed governors or voltage regulators, but also to convert DC voltage signals into DC current and PWM signals.
HMP300 Power Protection Module
The HMP300 power integrated protection module collects the voltage, current, power, and frequency data of the generator set and outputs corresponding actions to protect the equipment in the event of abnormalities in these data.
DOUT16B switching output module
The DOUT16B switching output module is an extended 16-channel switching output module, each of which can be programmed, and the HMC9000A transmits the processed DOUT16B data to the DOUT16B output module via CANBUS for processing.
